Use method
1. To remove rust, weld slag, burr, oil and debris from the surface of the pipe, and keep the well clean and dry. Meet the requirements of GB/T 8923, manual rust removal should reach St3 level, mechanical rust removal should reach Sa2.5 level
2. Primer manual or mechanical brushing to ensure uniformity, no leakage of coating
3. The primer can be wrapped after 3~5 minutes of surface drying, and the winding polyethylene pe anti-corrosion tape should meet the engineering design anti-corrosion layer grade and structure requirements
4. Construction temperature: -5 ~ +50°C; prohibit rain, snow, fog days humidity >85% and sandy environment under open air construction
